My books arrive this afternoon, just talked to the trucking company. I have already pre-sold 7 of them by talking about them in my seminars and putting a "I want your book yes___no__" option on my seminar evaluation forms. I am sure this will increase when I can actually hold up the book and show it to them. Here is an idea. My brother owns a Postal Annex store and they are always looking for ways to promote the store, so he will be hosting yours truly as "the author and his new book" and promoting it in his advertising for a book signing some Saturday afternoon at his store. We have copywriters who can make sure your wording is what will entice meeting planners to book you. We offer discount pricing on any materials you may need such as one-sheets, postcards, press kits, brochures, etc.

We have a full service publishing company in house that can assist you through every phase of publishing your book. If you need a book, but do not have time or inclination to write one, we have ghost writers who can help you. We also produce anthologies where you can be interviewed for 30 minutes and it can be transcribed into a chapter for the book.

ISN Professional Designations
ISN offers training at our workshop to provide you with the tools you need to succeed in today’s industry. Members who complete 64 hours of training (4 workshops) will receive their Graduate Speakers Institute (GSI) Certification. Advanced Speaker Certification (ASC) is a designation established by ISN to recognize those individuals who have completed one hundred and twenty-four (124) hours of course work or its equivalent. An Advanced Speaker Certification can be designed in most professional fields. ISN realizes many individuals have achieved a substantial education through work and life experience.

Doing business on the Internet is not the wave of the future - it is now! Every day, we sell products, explain our services, and send meeting planners packages, photos and availability of our speakers. For months, we worked to establish an exciting web site designed especially for meeting planners looking for speakers by name, price, or topic. The site is “bookaspeaker.net.” Advertising plans for “bookaspeaker.net” include major magazines and newspapers such as Success, Inc, Nations Business, and USA Today. Also, we will place ads in professional meeting planner magazines throughout the year.

Your page will be designed to create interest so that meeting planners will request information that could lead to bookings. The cost for your personal page is $175.00 and includes scanning and design. This is a one-time fee with no annual renewal! You can change the information on your page at any time with no additional charges. We receive 25% of any bookings we secure. We have full time booking agents who are on the phone with meeting planners 40 hours a week looking for bookings for our members.

There are other web sites that are similar, however, we feel that they are too costly (about $350.00 annually). In most cases, they simply link back to the speaker’s home page. Our speakers, when asked, said they were getting no results from the other sites.

We feel that if we had considered a web site name for years, we would never come up with a name better than “bookaspeaker.net.” It says to the meeting planners exactly what we do. Straight to the point - no guessing - simple and honest. We have found that’s what meeting planners want. If a company wants to rebook you- it is because you were a good speaker- not because we booked you at the event.


Each new member will receive a Career Development Workbook. You will send it to us along with any samples of marketing materials that you have. Copies will be passed along to our booking agents so they will know which avenues to take in order to best market you.


We do not mail out a catalog with all of our speakers and tell them to pick one! It has been our experience that Meeting Planners are not Meeting planners at all…They are the Administrative Assistant or Human Resource Director that has been given another job to do. They have no idea what they need or want and they are NOT the decision maker. That’s where we come in…we find out what their needs are so that we can recommend the best presenters for them.


Another Plus- You are not EXCLUSIVE to us. Anyone can book you! We want to keep you as busy as you want to be.
